Hand crafted in-house from SCH10 304 Stainless Steel our S55 Manifold is designed for superior performance and durability. We use only the highest quality materials, tools, and manufacturing processes to ensure you receive the best manifold on the market. Featuring our billet T4 collector, this allows us to split the primaries for maximum efficiency of the turbo charger. This kit has been designed to use 2 x 40mm wastegates and is plenty of gate for high horsepower applications, 45's can be used but isn't necessary and 40mm is our recommended gate of choice.

All our kits are back purged throughout. Key points about back purging stainless steel:

Oxidation prevention:
The primary reason for back purging is to prevent the inside of the weld from oxidizing, which can significantly reduce the corrosion resistance of stainless steel.

Maintaining weld integrity:

By shielding the backside of the weld with inert gas, the weld quality is improved, leading to a stronger and more reliable joint.

Applications:

Without back purging, the weld can develop a rough, porous surface on the inside due to oxidation, often described as "sugaring". This can easily break off when used in high temperature scenarios like manifolds, these can then pass through the manifold at high speeds and damage crucial components.

Downpipe is 3.5" and the boost pipe is split to maintain compatibility with the dual OEM charge cooler will work with other charge coolers that use the stock location. The boost pipe can also be made to the single outlet coolers upon request. The hose kit provides both oil and water lines for the turbo; the oil line will come with partial hardline to pass hot parts, along with blanking provisions for any unused oil feed and return ports.
